I’m from Bolivia, my mother had a coffee shop since I was 9, I used to loved her pastries (empanadas ), cakes and pies I remember my favourite was lemon meringue, and then she started to bake more for specials occasion, and without knowing I was baking them too.

I learn from her everything and I have converted in vegan is exciting for me I never know that we can get so much from plants for me baking without animal flavour is an ART

We have a great variation of cakes, truffles, cookies and pastries a different taste for everyone.
