The easiest vegan pancakes!


1. Mix 1tbsp milled linseed (or flaxseed, available in Aldi) with 2tbsp water and leave for a few minutes to make a 'flax egg'.
2. Put a mug and a half of self raising flour in a mixing bowl and add the flax egg.
3. Whisk while adding soya (or other plant) milk until you get a thin batter.
Boom! Perfect fluffy pancakes 😊 Who needs eggs?! ❤🐔❤
